An A-Z of festive films to watch this Christmas...

There's just something about this time of year, when your movie tastes change, and you crave happy stories embodying the Christmas spirit. It's tradition in the Warren house to watch as many festive flicks as we can between now and the big day. It doesn't matter how schmaltzy they are (hello Olivia Newton-John in "A Mom for Christmas"), it's on the list. Here's a few that we've enjoyed over the years...
1. A Charlie Brown Christmas
2. A Chipmunk Christmas
3. A Christmas Carol (2009 version)
4. A Very Brady Christmas
5. Annabelle's Wish
6. Arthur Christmas
7. Barbie: A Christmas Carol
8. Barbie: A Perfect Christmas
9. Barbie: The Nutcracker
10. Beethoven's Christmas Adventure
11. Christmas with the Cranks
12. Deck the Halls
13. Elf
14. Eloise at Christmastime
15. Ernest Saves Christmas
16. Four Christmases
17. Fred Claus
18. Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!
19. Home Alone
20. Jingle All the Way
21. Miracle on 34th Street (1994 version)
22. Olive, the Other Reindeer
23. Prancer
24. Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer
25. Santa Buddies
26. Santa Clause is Coming to Town
27. Santa Paws
28. Scrooged
29. Shrek the Halls
30. The Grinch
31. The Muppet Christmas Carol
32. The Polar Express
33. The Santa Clause
34. The Santa Clause 2
35. The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause
36. The Year Without a Santa Claus
Perhaps enjoy watching these ones in peace after the kids have gone to sleep...

37. A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas
40. Bad Santa
41. Die Hard
42. Love Actually
43. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
44. The Holiday

...and yes, we have watched every single one of these over the years! For the record, my favourite is Elf. In fact, we have this quote displayed in our home with our Christmas decorations.

What's your favourite Christmas movie? Have I left it off the list?
