I've been following along the back to school organising posts on the Organised Housewife's blog and just had a total AHA moment! Why oh why have I been pairing school socks!?! Eme will be wearing blue socks all week when she starts school. Seth alternates between grey and blue depending on whether its the regular or sports uniform. Solution...since they're the same colour, just put them in a basket for the kids to pick out two socks each morning! Brilliant!!
I hate pairing socks and there's always a partner missing somewhere along the way. This way, no more having to store unpaired socks in a different location hoping that the other will turn up! Problem solved. Now to purchase some super cute baskets for said socks...
