A bit of scrapbooking circle work...

New to the Words or Whatever blog...monthly challenges! You can win some awesome WOW chipboard products, just by playing along. This month, the design team is challenging you to create a project using circles. Here's my take...

I am really lucky. One of the footy mums takes her camera along to all of the games, and takes photos of all the kids! Some of the photos she's snapped this season have been amazing and really capture all the action. Talk about a scrapbooker's dream come true!  For this layout, I have used WOW's circle frames...one to highlight a photo, and a couple more as accents. I've continued the circle theme by using a spotty mask, button and journaling spot.

WOW's "footy kid" chipboard title has been coated with yellow paints and mist. Then I inked the edges in a mid-brown to dirty it up a little...just like my son's knees. lol.  A doodled border around the edge, and glaze finishes it off.

Circles are a fun element to add to your craft projects, whether it be a layout, card or off the page item.  Here's the details if you want to enter this month...
