Sketch 5 has been released at Inspired Blueprints, and its a cracker! Here's my take...I've used a heap of Urban Prairie papers by Basic Grey and thrown in a little Scarlet Lime, as well as some other stuff from my stash. I love this pic of Andrew and I together - like most couples, we very rarely have pix taken together because one of us is usually behind the camera.
Here's some of the details...sometimes you just can't see all the work that goes into a layout when you see the whole picture. And just another layout for fun...I picked up a tonne of felt at the Papercrafts festival in October, and I'm slowly working my way through it. Love that fresh green and it matches the Luxe Designs paper perfectly! I also tried journling on my pc on this one...think I'll go back to handwritten stuff...its much quicker and less fiddley! We had an absolutely jam packed weekend...I went to the midnight crop at Scrapbooking Delights, then taught a kids class the next day. I didn't really achieve much...one layout and an otp thingy (will share soon). Boy, was I tired!
Sandra and I managed to create 270 layouts for the Southern Cross Kids Camp! I just have to put a few journaling spots or stamps on and then they're all your's Julie.
We also put up our Christmas tree! I am incredibly particular when it comes to decorating the tree, and I caught myself telling the children that the tree is not for children, its mummy's (oops!). I had to remind myself to relax and it will all be okay. The tree looks lovely and the lights are so relaxing to watch when they're twinkling away.
We also had some family pix taken by Janine Kaye - I can't wait to see them all!

Have a great week, Lis.

I love the layout that you have done for this sketch. Beautiful use of that BG range and so many little details
love the layouts - i know what you mean about never being in pictures -- sometimes you just have to ask someone to take the picture so you can be in it too
