In other news...here's my layout for stuck?! sketch 22. Just love this photo of Eme and her Aunty. I've been holding onto these Technique Tuesday chipboard flourishes forever and I finally got around to using half of the heart. Works so well with this sketch.
So absolutely thrilled!! My first time published ever and it was for winning an award! The layout looks lovely all glossy in print (pg 60 hehe). I must have done this layout 5 times over trying to get the doodling just right - so happy that it paid off!

Works so well with this sketch.Over at ksk we've been challenging ourselves to use some of our stash before buying any new product. I promised that I wouldn't buy anything until I've completed 10 layouts...well so far I've done 4 layouts and 5 pages of a mini-album. To be honest, I could probably go without buying anything until at least 2009 - but where's the fun in that!
Back to work today and off to Murwillumbah tomorrow for a couple of days...hope you all had a great Chrissy/New Year break.

It's a FANTASTIC layout. All the hard work you put into the doodling certainly paid off.
