The grass is greener where you water it...

Lately I've been ignoring my patch of grass. Instead of watering it, I've done the equivalent of pouring toxic waste all over it.  I nearly didn't post about my "weightloss progress" this week, I'm so annoyed with myself...and couldn't care less, all at the same time! What's up with that?

Instead of nice downward slope, my graph has bounced up again. No one wants an upward trending graph...unless you're talking about your savings.
Not happy Jan.
I only have myself to blame.
No exercise.
Poor food choices.
Overindulgence (bottle of champagne and margaritas anyone?).
General feeling of MEH sweeping over me at the moment.
Have I given up on myself? No. This is a long journey, and to say I'm giving up so early on would be incredibly stupid.  I will celebrate the success I have achieved so far and move on to the next step.

I've signed up for Round 3 of the 12 week body transformation.  I know what to expect, however, this time I will diarise my exercise as an appointment in my diary that I cannot break.  I will print out every nutrition plan and make an effort to contribute to the "what will we eat tonight?" decision making process. I will watch every mindset lesson video and soak it all in.

It's time to start watering my grass again...enough of the fertiliser.
