Every day there are little indicators that you should be doing something different. Mild dissatisfaction's that say to you "is this all there is?".Sometimes things happen that cause you to completely reassess.
Yesterday was one of those days.
There is no bigger wake up call than a friend passing away. A seemingly healthy friend with two beautiful children (the same age as your's). A young and vibrant woman (younger than you) with everything to live for.
Within the blink of an eye it can all turn to shit. You never know when your time is up, or how it's going to go down.
We all owe it to ourselves to live our lives with purpose.
Get out there and embrace it! You owe it to yourself, your family, and for those who don't get the chance.
